Common questions
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. All our delivery is remote, so location does not matter. We schedule calls around your working hours and share progress through Power BI Service, Teams, Google Meet or Zoom.
We don't have Power BI yet. Can you help us start?
Yes. We advise on the right licences, set up your workspace and security, and build your first dashboards. Most teams can start with the free Power BI Desktop and a few Power BI Pro licences.
Our data is in Tally, Excel and an ERP. Is that a problem?
No, that is the most common situation we see. We connect each source, clean the data and combine it into one model. For Tally we also have our own product, BI Tally360.
How do you keep our data secure?
We ask for read-only access wherever possible, work inside your own Power BI tenant and databases, and follow the access rules you set. Read our privacy policy for how we handle information.
How much does a dashboard project cost?
It depends on the number of data sources and pages. After a discovery call we send a fixed quote, so you know the cost before any work starts.
Can you fix or improve dashboards someone else built?
Yes. Start with the free dashboard review. We will tell you what we would change, and you decide whether to go ahead.
