This policy explains what personal information BI Solution ("we", "us") collects through bisolution.in, how we use it and the choices you have. BI Solution is based in Silvassa, India, and handles personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us:

  • Details you enter in our contact form: name, company, email address, phone number, country and your message.
  • Messages you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
  • Files you share with us for a dashboard review or a project.

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our web host and font provider (Google Fonts) may record standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site securely.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and discuss your requirements.
  • To prepare quotes, proposals and agreed work.
  • To send information you ask for, such as a dashboard review.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored

Contact form submissions are stored in a private Google Workspace account controlled by BI Solution. WhatsApp messages are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms. Google may process this data on servers outside India.

Client project data

Business data you give us access to during a project is used only to deliver that project, under the terms of our agreement with you. We work inside your own systems wherever possible and follow the access rules you set.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to three years for business records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to us contacting you. Send your request on WhatsApp or by phone at +91 85118 24597 and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access-controlled accounts and encrypted connections (HTTPS) on this website.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
